Is pricing per user?

No. The standard price covers up to 20 full users, making costs predictable as more members of your team use the platform.

Who qualifies for nonprofit pricing?

Registered charities, nonprofit arts organisations and eligible community organisations can apply. We may ask for evidence of status.

How does annual billing work?

Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount and are paid in full at the start of each 12-month subscription period.

Can we add modules later?

Yes. Optional modules can be added as your organisation's needs grow.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The proposed trial is 30 days and includes demonstration data so your team can see how Metipath works before setting up live records.
